Dragon Quest Heroes II Trailer Shows Desdemona, Cesar

PS4/Steam game slated for April 25 in N. America, April 28 in Europe

The official Dragon Quest YouTube channel began streaming a video introducing two more characters from Dragon Quest Heroes II (Dragon Quest Heroes II: Futago no Ō to Yogen no Owari) on Thursday. The video shows cut scene and gameplay clips featuring Desdemona and Cesar.

An earlier video introduced the game's lead characters Lazarel, Teresa, and Healix.

shipped for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita last May 27.

The game adds Torneko (Dragon Quest IV), Meena/Minea (Dragon Quest IV), Carver/Hassan (Dragon Quest VI), Gabo (Dragon Quest VII), Maribel (Dragon Quest VII), and Angelo/Kukuru (Dragon Quest VIII) as playable characters. The new characters returning characters Alena (Dragon Quest IV), Kiryl/Kurifuto (Dragon Quest IV), Maya/Manya (Dragon Quest IV), Terry (Dragon Quest VI), and Jessica (Dragon Quest VIII).

Square Enix released Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below in Japan in February 2015 for the PS3 and PS4. Square Enix then released the game in North America and Europe in October 2015.
