Director Makoto Shinkai Creates Opening for News Program

The late-night news program "NEWS23" will get a new opening courtesy of sakanaction's track "Wonderland" from their album 834.194.
Shinkai's your name. film opened in Japan in August 2016, and has become the earned more than an estimated US$355 million.
When he isn't directing box office-smashing films, Shinkai has created animated promotional ads for a variety of companies including Japan's Z-Kai, and the Nomura Real Estate Group.
Shinkai is working on his newest Weathering With You, set to open in Japan on July 19.
